Every year during Thanksgiving Dr. Esiely makes a total of five turkeys. These turkeys have been nicknamed "Dr. Esiely's All Famous Turkeys" by his nurses and staff. He stuffs his turkeys with an ancient middle eastern grain called freekah and adds orange juice to the mix. These turkeys go to Jersey City Medical Center, Clara Maass Medical Center, St. Micheal's Medical Center, Health Wise Women, and our home.
